Initiatives Sponsorship Program

Sponsorship

The Kentucky Association of Manufacturers (KAM) has created a multifaceted sponsorship program to benefit your organization and optimize the investment of your human and financial resources to have KAM Your Way!

KAM has found that current and prospective sponsors, for the most part, like and want to focus on four main value proposition areas through their sponsorship with KAM: Advocacy (public policy development); Marketing (“the touch”), to stimulate new business opportunities; Events (Manufacturer/Employee of the Year Awards, Manufacturing Summit, etc.); and Publications (Annual Wage and Benefit Survey, the Blue Book, etc.).  It will be worth your while to check out KAM’s sponsorship program and discover how it will help your organization meet and exceed its short- and long-term goals.

KAM’s sponsorship program has three Presenting Sponsorships that are exclusive to three one-of-a-kind companies with unique business focus and four specifically focused sponsorship areas without exclusivity (Advocacy, Marketing, Events and Publications) that are tailored to the needs of current and prospective sponsors.  Each of the sponsorship areas has three levels of monetary value. A company may participate in one or more of the sponsorship areas and the levels of monetary value provide flexibility to fit within budgetary constraints.

KAM’s Presenting Sponsorship level provides high-performance organizations with various high-level opportunities to promote their goods and services.  The number of Presenting Sponsorships is limited to three one-of-a-kind organizations with unique business focus.  For example, we may have one bank, one law firm, and one engineering firm.  This most prominent level of sponsorship will provide three companies top billing on all KAM publications, advocacy efforts, marketing opportunities and events.

The Advocacy sponsorship is specifically designed for members who are primarily focused on KAM’s advocacy efforts.  There is added value in this sponsorship area because we will create more detailed briefing documents for sponsors on how legislation affects the manufacturing community.  Sponsors will be invited to participate in legislative forums in the form of conference calls and/or meetings to brief them on issues of critical importance.  These forums will be conducted with an agenda focused on current, as well as anticipated, issues at the state and federal levels.  We are also collaborating with the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and BIPAC to host forums which provide critical information on important issues of the day and to secure feedback from interested parties.

The Events sponsorship includes opportunities for your organization to participate in the Manufacturer/Employee of the Year Awards Luncheon and Trade Show, and the annual Energy Conference, which continue to be recognized as top-notch statewide events.  KAM is also conducting regional Executive Briefings and is making plans to schedule KAM sponsored Lunch & Learn events throughout the Commonwealth.  The statewide and regional events provide your organization with increased marketing exposure and more opportunities to participate in valuable networking opportunities.

The Marketing sponsorship is available for members who are primarily interested in marketing their companies to other KAM members through The Goods and E-Goods.  Each of the three levels of marketing packages is designed to provide significant brand recognition and create savings for your organization.

The Publication sponsorship includes promotion of your organization in the Annual Wage and Benefits Survey reports (statewide and regional reports), and the Blue Book will continue to include the name of sponsoring organizations and provide advertising opportunities.

KAM is very excited about our sponsorship program because it is very flexible, affordable and valuable and allows you to have “KAM Your Way!”
